Important Note:

1.       Candidate is advised to read General Instructions of advertisement carefully before filling the application form.    

2.       Candidate has to register themselves in recruitment portal to fill application form online.

3.       After registration, candidate will get an email on registered email–id about detail of login credential.

4.       Once you login in to system, select Advertisement No. and type of post from dropdown list and then click on start button to fill the application form.

5.       Fill separate application form for each post individually. Duplicate forms with different email-id for same post will not be considered.

6.       * Marked fields are mandatory.

7.       After filling application form take print out and send it with attachment of all necessary documents, original DD etc. to IIT Mandi.

8.       Incomplete or wrongly filled forms will not be considered for shortlisting process.

 

Application form divided in following Tabs:

 

Personal Tab: In this tab, applicant has to enter their personal information and upload a scan recent photograph and signature.

Note:  If a candidate belongs to OBC / Ex-serviceman /physically handicapped etc. then enclose valid certificate along with hard copy of application.

Qualification Tab: Fill up your education details starting from class 10th to the latest qualifying degree. Click “Add” button to add your next qualifications.

After adding all the qualification details on “Save & Next” button to save information and move to “Experience” Tab.

Experience Tab: Fill up your experience details in chronological order. Click “Add” button to add your next experience.

After adding all the experience details click on “Save & Next” button to save information and move to “Reference” Tab.

Reference Tab: Fill your top 3 important reference details and Click “Add” button to add your next reference.

After adding all the reference details click on “Save & Next” button to save information and move to “Other info” Tab.

Other info Tab: In this tab you need to answer some question and fill your information accordingly.

After entering all details click on “Save & Next” button to save information and move to “Payment” Tab.

 

Payment Tab: Enter details of Demand Draft and upload a scan copy of same Demand Draft.

After entering all details click on “Save & Next” button to save information and move to “Final” Tab.

Note: Attach Demand draft with hardcopy of application form and send it to mentioned address. If candidate gives any wrong information about Demand draft then he/she will be responsible for cancellation of application form.

Final Tab:

On this tab candidates can review all information provided by them in pervious tabs in application form format. After reviewing information click on “Final Submit” to submit form finally. To keep information for future reference save a print out of this application form while clicking on “Print” button.
